1. Nature of Service
  • IT HUB provides only projector-based screening services and related setup.
  • This is a complimentary promotional service and does not constitute an event management contract.
  • No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between IT HUB and the society.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
  • The residential society is solely responsible for organizing and conducting the event.
  • All permissions, approvals, and compliance requirements (including local authority permissions) must be handled by the society.
  • IT HUB holds no responsibility for event execution beyond equipment provision.
3. Infrastructure & Operational Requirements
  • Society must provide seating, power supply, Wi-Fi with active internet and sound system.
  • Projection surface must be suitable and unobstructed.
  • Failure to meet requirements may result in cancellation without liability.
4. Equipment & Usage
  • All equipment provided by IT HUB remains its sole property.
  • The society shall ensure protection against theft, damage, or misuse.
  • Any damage caused due to negligence shall be recoverable from the society.
5. Content & Screening Rights
  • IT HUB does not claim ownership of IPL or broadcast rights.
  • The society is responsible for ensuring legal compliance regarding content viewing permissions.
  • Any misuse, unauthorized rebroadcast, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability Limitation
  • IT HUB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • This includes injuries, disputes, property damage, technical failure, or interruptions.
  • Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties.
7. Indemnity
  • The society agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT HUB from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions.
  • This includes claims arising from event conduct, attendee behavior, or regulatory violations.
8. Data & Privacy
  • IT HUB does not collect, store, or process any personal data of attendees during the screening event. No data collection activities will be conducted as part of the screening.
9. Cancellation & Force Majeure
  • IT HUB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to technical, operational, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • This includes weather conditions, power failures, or force majeure events.
10. General Legal Terms
  • IT HUB reserves all rights not expressly granted.
  • These terms may be modified without prior notice.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
  • Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.
