How we calculate the value
  • Invoice GST (28%) is deducted.
  • Import duty (13%) is deducted.
  • Depreciation is calculated at 25% per completed year.
  • Estimated value below ₹0 is shown as ₹0.
  • If estimate is below ₹5,000, we still offer maximum value of ₹5,000.
  • Final value is subject to inspection.

Terms & Conditions

The Upgrade Policy allows eligible customers to upgrade their existing projector to a newer model under defined conditions. By participating in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligible Products

  • The upgrade offer is applicable only on 4K projectors.
  • Non-4K projectors are not eligible under this program.

2. Condition of Old Product

  • The old projector must be in proper working condition.
  • The unit should have minimal cosmetic wear, with no major cracks, dents, or functional defects.
  • All original accessories must be included, such as:
    • Remote control
    • Power adapter / cable
    • Original box (if available)
    • Any bundled cables or mounts supplied at purchase
  • Missing accessories or excessive wear may reduce the buyback value or make the product ineligible.

3. Buyback Valuation Formula

The buyback value is determined after inspection and is based on:

  • Original purchase price
  • Product age
  • Functional and physical condition
  • Completeness of accessories
Indicative Valuation Formula:
Buyback Value = Original Price × Depreciation Factor × Condition Score

Any valuation shared prior to inspection is indicative only and may change after physical verification.

4. Shipping, Packaging & Proof Requirements

  • All shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Secure, damage-resistant packaging is mandatory.
  • We are not responsible for transit damage due to improper packing.
  • Before shipping, the following proof is required:
    • Working-condition video
    • Accessories verification video
    • Close-up photos from all sides

5. Inspection & Final Approval

Final acceptance and valuation are confirmed only after physical inspection. The company reserves the right to revise or reject the valuation.

6. Minimum Buyback Assurance

  • If the calculated value is zero or negative, a flat ₹5,000 will be offered.
  • Applicable only after physical receipt and verification.

7. Non-Working / Dead Product Handling

  • Completely non-functional units may be accepted for e-waste disposal.
  • A nominal value may be offered at company discretion.
  • Final acceptance decision rests solely with the company.

The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy without prior notice.
