- Brands covered: CZUR, FORMOVIE, Dangbei, JMGO, Hisense, XGIMI, LG, Epson, VALERION, and iT Hub. Other brands must be pre-approved.
- External maintenance only: This service does not include opening or internal disassembly of the projector.
- Customer responsibilities: Ladder/stool access, clean water if required, and power supply must be provided.
- Timeframe: Please allocate approximately 1 hour depending on site conditions.
